Ítalo Fernando Assis Gonçalves or simply Ítalo (born 18 February 2002) is a Brazilian football player who plays as a centre-back for Russian club Ural Yekaterinburg.

On 7 July 2023, Ítalo moved to Russian Premier League club Ural Yekaterinburg on a season-long loan.
