Úterý (German: Neumarkt) is a town in Plzeň-North District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The historic town centre is well preserved and is protected by law as an urban monument zone.
Úterý consists of three municipal parts (in brackets population according to the 2021 census):[2] The name of the town literally means 'Tuesday'.
The highest point is the hill Stěnský vrch at 760 m (2,490 ft) above sea level.
The main landmark of the town centre is the Church of the Nativity of Saint John the Baptist.
