Řitka is a municipality and village in Prague-West District in the Central Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.
The village was initially called Lhotka (diminutive of Lhota), but soon was renamed Řitka (after the Řitka of Bezdědice family, a noble family in the region).
[2] Řitka is located about 15 kilometres (9 mi) southwest of Prague.
[2] The D4 motorway from Prague to Písek runs south of the municipality.
[5] Today the castle complex houses a riding club and there is a training track for eventing.
