Špitolpievis ('meadow of szpital', formerly Russian: Шпитольпевисъ, Polish: Szpitolpewis)[1] is a village in Kėdainiai district municipality, in Kaunas County, in central Lithuania.

According to the 2011 census, the village had a population of 10 people.
