Štěměchy is a municipality and village in Třebíč District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.

It has about 300 inhabitants.

Štěměchy lies approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) west of Třebíč, 26 km (16 mi) south of Jihlava, and 137 km (85 mi) south-east of Prague.
