Żmijówek Włościański (Polish pronunciation: [ʐmiˈjuvɛk fwɔɕˈtɕaj̃skʲi]) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Troszyn, within Ostrołęka County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland.
