Companies G and D were mustered in on October 18 and 23, 1862, respectively at Camp Chase.
Companies E and H were mustered in on November 10 and December 12, 1862, respectively, at Camp Zanesville.
Lastly, Company K was mustered in between December 8, 1863, and February 29, 1864, at Rossville, Georgia.
