Millard Fillmore Whig Franklin Pierce Democratic The 1852 United States presidential election in Michigan took place on November 2, 1852, as part of the 1852 United States presidential election.

Voters chose six representatives, or electors to the Electoral College, who voted for President and Vice President.

Pierce won Michigan by a margin of 9.62%.

As of the 2020 presidential election[update], this is the last and only time Sanilac County voted for a Democratic presidential candidate.
