In Pennsylvania's 15th District, incumbent Myron B. Wright was elected to the 54th Congress on November 6, 1894, but died one week later.
Edwin Jorden was elected to serve out the remainder of Wright's term in the 53rd Congress, which ended March 4.
Jorden's, who therefor only served for ten days, was the only House election for the 53rd Congress held in 1895.
