The 1930 USA Outdoor Track and Field Championships were organized by the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) and served as the national championships in outdoor track and field for the United States.
The men's edition was held at Pitt Stadium in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and it took place 22–25 August.
The women's meet was held separately at Ownby Stadium in Dallas, Texas, on 4 July.
At the men's championships, the discus world record was set by Paul Jessup.
