1931 Toronto municipal election

Municipal elections were held in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, on January 1, 1931.

Incumbent mayor Bert Wemp needed major abdominal surgery did could not run.

He was opposed by Alderman Stewart, who won the vote by a slim margin.

Former controller Albert Hacker, who had been defeated the previous year regained a seat.
