1936 USA Outdoor Track and Field Championships

The 1936 USA Outdoor Track and Field Championships were organized by the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) and served as the national championships in outdoor track and field for the United States.

The men's edition was held at Palmer Stadium in Princeton, New Jersey, and it took place 3–4 July.

The women's meet was held separately at Brown University Field in Providence, Rhode Island, on 4 July.

At the men's championships, George Varoff set a world record in the pole vault.
