The 1938 Louisiana Normal Demons football team represented Louisiana State Normal School (now known as Northwestern State University) as a member the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Association (SIAA) during the 1938 college football season.
Led by fifth-year head coach Harry Turpin, the Demons compiled an overall record of 5–5, with a mark of 3–3 in conference play.
