The 1945 Farragut Naval Training Station Bluejackets football team represented the United States Navy's Farragut Naval Training Station (Farragut NYS) in Idaho during the 1945 college football season.
Led by head coach J. C. Wofford, the Bluejackets compiled a record of 6–2.
Ends Charles Newman and Bill McDonald were elected team captains.
