The 1968 North Dakota State Bison football team was an American football team that represented North Dakota State University as a member of the North Central Conference (NCC) during the 1968 NCAA College Division football season.
In their third season under head coach Ron Erhardt, the team compiled a 10–0 record (6–0 against conference opponents), won the conference championship, and defeated Arkansas State in the Pecan Bowl.
