The 1982 Morehead State Eagles football team represented Morehead State University as a member of the Ohio Valley Conference (OVC) during the 1982 NCAA Division I-AA football season.
Led by second-year head coach Steve Loney, the Eagles compiled an overall record of 5–6, with a mark of 2–5 in conference play, and finished tied for fifth in the OVC.
