The 1983 Morehead State Eagles football team represented Morehead State University as a member of the Ohio Valley Conference (OVC) during the 1983 NCAA Division I-AA football season.
Led by third-year head coach Steve Loney, the Eagles compiled an overall record of 2–9, with a mark of 1–6 in conference play, and finished eighth in the OVC.
