The 1984 Howard Bison football team represented Howard University as a member of the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) during the 1984 NCAA Division I-AA football season.
Led by first-year head coach Willie Jeffries, the Bison compiled an overall record of 2–8, with a mark of 0–4 in conference play, and finished fifth in the MEAC.
