The 1984 Oklahoma State Cowboys football team represented Oklahoma State University as a member of the Big Eight Conference during the 1984 NCAA Division I-A football season.

Led by first-year head coach Pat Jones, the Cowboys compiled an overall record of 10–2 with a mark of 5–2 in conference play, placing third in the Big 8.

Oklahoma State played home game at Lewis Field in Stillwater, Oklahoma.
