The 1986 Morehead State Eagles football team represented Morehead State University as a member of the Ohio Valley Conference (OVC) during the 1986 NCAA Division I-AA football season.
Led by third-year head coach Bill Baldridge, the Eagles compiled an overall record of 7–4, with a mark of 3–4 in conference play, and finished tied for fifth in the OVC.
