The 1990–91 Tennessee Lady Volunteers basketball team represented the University of Tennessee as a member of the Southeastern Conference during the 1990–91 women's college basketball season.

Coached by Pat Summitt, the Lady Volunteers finished 30–5 and won their third national championship in a 5-year span.

The Lady Vols started off the season ranked number six.
