The 1991 Murray State Racers football team represented Murray State University during the 1991 NCAA Division I-AA football season as a member of the Ohio Valley Conference (OVC).
Led by fifth-year head coach Mike Mahoney, the Racers compiled an overall record of 3–8, with a mark of 1–6 in conference play, and finished eighth in the OVC.
