1992 Cannes Film Festival

The 45th Cannes Film Festival took place from 7 to 18 May 1992.

[4] French actor Gérard Depardieu served as jury president for the main competition.

[5] Swedish filmmaker Bille August won the Palme d'Or, the festival's top prize, for a second time with the drama-film The Best Intentions.
