The 1993–94 season was Arsenal Ladies Football Club's 7th season since forming in 1987.

The club participated in the Premier Division of the WFA National League, finishing runners up to Doncaster Rovers Belles They lost out on the FA Cup to Wembley, but won the League Cup, defeating Doncaster Rovers Belles in the Final.

After this season, they moved to The Lantern Stadium in Potters Bar.
