1993 Caribbean Cup

The two finalists qualified for the 1993 CONCACAF Gold Cup.

Trinidad and Tobago qualified as winner of the 1992 Caribbean Cup.

Saint Vincent and the Grenadines took the place of  Suriname, winner of Group 3, in the finals for an unknown reason Played in Georgetown, Guyana.

Suriname qualified after walkovers from  Aruba and  Netherlands Antilles, but then it was replaced by  Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, due to unknown reasons.

Martinique and Jamaica qualified for 1993 CONCACAF Gold Cup.
