The 1994–95 Cincinnati Bearcats men's basketball team represented the University of Cincinnati in NCAA Division I competition during the 1994–95 season.

The Bearcats, coached by Bob Huggins, won the Great Midwest Conference tournament for the fourth straight season and reached the second round of the 1995 NCAA tournament.

The team finished with an overall record of 22–12 (7–5 GMWC).
