The third team ensured their participation in the 1995 UEFA Intertoto Cup.
EPA Larnaca, Evagoras Paphos and APEP were relegated from previous season.
Evagoras Paphos and APEP played in the 1994–95 Cypriot Second Division.
They were replaced by the first team of the 1993–94 Cypriot Second Division, Aris Limassol.
