The 1994 Eastern Washington Eagles football team represented Eastern Washington University as a member of the Big Sky Conference during the 1994 NCAA Division I-AA football season.
Led by first-year head coach Mike Kramer, the Eagles compiled an overall record of 4–7, with a mark of 2–5 in conference play, and finished tied for sixth in the Big Sky.
