The 1995 Grambling State Tigers football team represented Grambling State University as a member of the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) during the 1995 NCAA Division I-AA football season.
Led by 53rd-year head coach Eddie Robinson, the Tigers compiled an overall record of 5–6 and a mark of 4–3 in conference play, and finished fourth in the SWAC.
The Tigers' 42–6 victory over Mississippi Valley State was the 400th all-time win for Coach Robinson.
