The 1999 Clemson Tigers football team represented Clemson University as a member of the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) during the 1999 NCAA Division I-A football season.
Led by first-year Tommy Bowden head coach, the Tigers compiled an overall record of 6–6 with a mark of 5–3 in conference play, placing in a three-way tie for second in the ACC.
Clemson was invited to the Peach Bowl, where the Tigers lost to Mississippi State.
