The 1999 Texas A&M Aggies football team represented Texas A&M University as a member of the Big 12 Conference.
Led by eleventh year head coach R. C. Slocum, the Aggies finished the season with an overall record of 8–4, going 5–3 in Big 12 play to finish in a three-way tie for second in the conference's South Division.
The team played home games at Kyle Field in College Station, Texas.
