The 2000–01 Biathlon World Cup was a multi-race tournament over a season of biathlon, organised by the International Biathlon Union.

The season started on 30 November 2000 in Antholz-Anterselva, Italy, and ended on 18 March 2001 in Holmenkollen, Norway.
