2000 Wimbledon Championships – Men's singles

Three-time defending champion Pete Sampras defeated Patrick Rafter in the final, 6–7(10–12), 7–6(7–5), 6–4, 6–2 to win the gentlemen's singles tennis title at the 2000 Wimbledon Championships.

[1] It was his seventh and last Wimbledon title (matching William Renshaw's all-time men's singles record) and record 13th major men's singles title overall (surpassing Roy Emerson's all-time record).
