The 2001–02 Florida Atlantic Owls men's basketball team represented Florida Atlantic University during the 2001–02 NCAA Division I men's basketball season.

The Owls were led by head coach Sidney Green and played their home games at Eleanor R. Baldwin Arena in Boca Raton, Florida as members of the Atlantic Sun Conference.

They defeated Jacksonville, Jacksonville State, and Georgia State to win the ASUN tournament championship.
