The 2002 Oregon Ducks football team represented the University of Oregon as a member of the Pacific-10 Conference (Pac-10) during the 2002 NCAA Division I-A football season.

Led by eighth-year head coach Mike Bellotti, the Ducks compiled an overall record of 7–6 with a mark of 3–5 in conference play, placing eight in the Pac-10.

Oregon was invited to the Seattle Bowl, where the Ducks lost to Wake Forest.

The team played home games at Autzen Stadium in Eugene, Oregon.
