The 2003 Alcorn State Braves football team represented Alcorn State University as a member of the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) during the 2003 NCAA Division I-AA football season.
Led by sixth-year head coach Johnny Thomas, the Braves compiled an overall record of 7–5, with a conference record of 5–2, and finished tied for first in the SWAC East Division.
