The 2003 Women's EuroHockey Nations Championship was the sixth edition of the women's field hockey championship organised by the European Hockey Federation.
The 4 teams ending 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th were relegated to the first EuroHockey Nations Trophy.
The 8 remaining teams played in the 2005 Women's EuroHockey Nations Championship.
The top two teams advanced to the semi-finals in order to determine the winner in a knockout system.
As per statistical convention in field hockey, matches decided in extra time are counted as wins and losses, while matches decided by penalty shoot-outs are counted as draws.
