The 2004–05 Baylor Lady Bears women's basketball team represented Baylor University during the 2004–05 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.

Led by Hall of Fame head coach Kim Mulkey, the team played its home games at the Ferrell Center in Waco, Texas and were members of the Big 12 Conference.
