2004–05 Ukrainian Second League

The 2004–05 Ukrainian Second League was the 14th season of 3rd level professional football in Ukraine.

The competitions were divided into three groups according to geographical location in the country – A is western Ukraine, B is southern Ukraine and Crimea, and C is eastern Ukraine.

The following team was promoted from the 2004 Ukrainian Football Amateur League: The 2003 Ukrainian Football Amateur League participant: Also, three more clubs were admitted: From the First League From the Top League Some second teams were withdrawn to reform into reserve teams to compete in separate competitions: On March 29, 2005 Spartak-2 Kalush after failing to pay license fees for the second half of the season the PFL expelled them from the competition.
