Australia was a clear winner in the round robin stage, with 7 wins and only 1 loss, but lost against England in the best-of-3 series final.
The premier One Day International tournament was held in the West Indies from 13 March to 28 April.
They defeated South Africa in the semi-final and went on to complete an unbeaten tournament with victory over Sri Lanka in a rain-affected final.
