2008–09 Atlanta Hawks season

The 2008–09 Atlanta Hawks season was the team's 60th season of the franchise in the National Basketball Association (NBA) and the 41st in Atlanta.

It ended on Monday, May 11, 2009, with a loss at home to the Cleveland Cavaliers in the second round of the playoffs in a sweep.

They also clinched their first winning season since 1998-99.

The Hawks did not have any draft picks in the 2008 NBA draft.
