2009–10 Detroit Red Wings season

The Red Wings once again qualified for the Stanley Cup playoffs, but lost in the Western Conference Semifinal.

[1][2] As part of the NHL Premiere, the Red Wings began their season on Friday, October 2 in Stockholm, Sweden, against the St. Louis Blues.
