1 Pattaya United and Bangkok Glass took the places of Coke Bangpra and Krung Thai Bank after purchasing the clubs.

Coke Bangpra and Krung Thai Bank therefore withdrew from the league allowing Pattaya and Bangkok Glass to take position in the top flight.
