The 2010 Alabama State Hornets football team represented Alabama State University as a member of the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) during the 2010 NCAA Division I FCS football season.
Led by fourth-year head coach Reggie Barlow, the Hornets compiled an overall record of 7–5, with a mark of 6–3 in conference play, finished as SWAC East Division co-champion, and lost to Texas Southern in the SWAC Championship Game.
