2011–12 Croatian Second Football League

HNL) was the 21st season of Croatia's second level football competition since its establishment in 1992.

HNK Gorica were league champions and earned a place in Croatia's first division, which was later denied after getting their top level license revoked.

Second placed NK Lučko were the only promoted team at the end of the previous season.

Only two teams from Treća HNL were granted license for competing in the Druga HNL, but only Radnik Sesvete was promoted as Segesta didn't finish the season within top five places.
