Chevrolet driver Thiago Camilo won the championship after a dramatic final race of the season.
Honda driver Daniel Serra finished as runner-up, while Fábio Carbone claimed third place.
Chevrolet also won the Manufacturers' Championship, finishing 26 points ahead of Honda.
