2012–13 Airdrie United F.C. season

Airdrie were due to compete in their third consecutive season in the Scottish Second Division, having been relegated from the Scottish First Division at the end of the 2009–10 season.

[3] On 16 July 2012, it was confirmed that Airdrie would be promoted to the Scottish First Division[4] to fill the vacancy left by Dundee's promotion to the Scottish Premier League.
