It was head coach Ken Wagner's twenty-third season at BYU-Hawaiʻi.
The Seasiders are members of the Pacific West Conference and played their home games at the George Q. Cannon Activities Center.
They qualified for the first ever Pac West Tournament, where they lost in the semi-finals to Dixie State.
