The 2012–13 Hazfi Cup was the 26th season of the Iranian football knockout competition.

Esteghlal was the defending champion, but was eliminated by Sepahan in the semi-final.

The competition started on 13 December 2012 and ended on 5 May 2013.

Sepahan won the title after defeating Persepolis in final.
