The 2012 Purdue Boilermakers baseball team was a baseball team that represented Purdue University in the 2012 NCAA Division I baseball season.

The Boilermakers are members of the Big Ten Conference and played their home games at Lambert Field in West Lafayette, Indiana.

They were led by fourteenth-year head coach Doug Schreiber.

In 2011, Purdue compiled a 37–20 record (14–10 in conference play) during the regular season, failing to qualify for a postseason for the fourth straight season.
